The owners are Jim Bright and John Pavich. Jim brings 34 years experience in the collision repair and management business, and is well versed in both the hands on skills required to provide a great result and the intricacies of the flow between the insurance company, the customer, and the repair shop.
John has been a successful General Manager in other industries, and is looking forward to providing a level of customer service to Gold Standard clients that cannot be matched.
